This is the last will of me Thos
Greaves of Pensham in the County of Worcester, Farmer. I appoint my sons Samuel
Herbert Greaves, Thomas Greaves and
my brother-in-law Thomas Wheeler Executors I direct my just debts funeral and
testamentary expenses to be paid I give to my son Walter One thousand pounds to be paid to him at the end of
one year after my decease I give to
my wife absolutely the furniture and effects in my parlour and Bedroom over the
same at Pensham aforesaid also I give to her all crops growing on my land at
Little Comberton at the time of my decease and the rents and profits arising
from the same land for and during her life And as to all the rest and residue of
my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same
between my said two sons Samuel Herbert
Greaves I give and devise my said land at Little Comberton aforesaid (after my wife's death) unto my said executors the
survivors or survivor of them On
trust to see the same in such way as they shall think best and after payment of
all expences relating thereto to divide the residue arising from such sale between my said three children but
should either die leaving child or
children to take his or their deceased parent's share In witness thereof
I hereunto set my hand
this 21st day of May 1877.

Proved
at Worcester the seventh day of November 1879 by the Oaths of Samuel Herbert
Greaves and Thomas Greaves the sons and Thomas Wheeler the Executors to whom
Administration was granted.
The
Testator Thomas Greaves was late of Pensham in the County of Worcester Farmer and died on the second day of
September 1879 at Pensham aforesaid.
